  Dr. Robert S Hill received his undergraduate degree from Clemson University. He completed medical school and General Surgery Residency at the Medical College of Georgia and joined the practice of Dr. Frank Jones and Harold Engler in 1975. Dr. Hill is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and is an active Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. His surgical interests include abdominal surgery and benign and malignant breast disorders.


Dr. Dennis H Jones received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University. He went on to complete medical school at the Medical College of Georgia and finished his surgical training in General Surgery at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. Dr. Jones then went on to complete fellowship training in Vascular Surgery at Georgia Baptist Hospital. He then joined the practice at Saint Joseph Hospital in 1984. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and is an active Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has a special interests in arterial and venous disorders


Dr. Michael W. Blaney received his undergraduate degree at the United States Military Academy and his medical degree at Emory University. He went on to complete his surgical training at Eisenhower Army Medical Center and spent the next four years in the Army as a staff surgeon at Fort Benning Georgia. He joined the group in September of 2003. Dr. Blaney is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and is an active member and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Blaney is a diplomat of the American Board of Surgery. He is also an active member and fellow of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS). He is the medical director of the Trinity Bariatric and Weight loss Center. He has special interests in advanced laparoscopy, endoscopy, bariatric surgery and reflux disease.


Dr. Wendy Davis received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her medical degree at The University of Pittsburgh. She went on to complete her surgical training at Emory University in 2000. She was practicing general surgery in Atlanta until 2004 when she moved to Augusta GA. She has been practicing with the group since that time. Dr. Davis is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and is an active member and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Breast Surgeons. She has special interests in advanced laparoscopy, benign and malignant diseases of the breast including minimally invasive breast surgery.


Dr. Darren Glass received his undergraduate degree from Baylor University in 1994 and completed medical school at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio in 1998. He received his surgical training in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and spent the next eight years in Saint Cloud, Minnesota, developing a laparoscopic bariatric Center of Excellence. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and an active member of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. His surgical interests include bariatrics, breast, and reflux surgery. He has a heart for missionary work and anything computer-related.


Dr. Edward Boland received his undergraduate degree at the United States Military Academy and served as a Field Artillery Officer and paratrooper until attending medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina. He then completed a residency in Family Practice in 1996 followed by a Masters of Public Health Degree and Preventive Medicine Residency. He is an active member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and has special interest in the management of chronic medical problems (diabetes, hypertension, elevated cholesterol) though weight loss, exercise and smoking cessation. Dr. Boland is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Society of Bariatric Physicians.

Dr. Francisco Jacome received his undergraduate and medical degree in Ecuador at the Catholic University.   He came to the United States and completed his surgical training at East Tennessee State University and then performed a fellowship in Bariatric Surgery at the University of Miami.  After graduation in 2012 he moved to Augusta GA to join the team of bariatric professinoals at Live Healthy MD.  He is certified by the American Board of Surgery,  and is an active member of the American College of Surgeons,  American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery  and the Society of American Gatrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons.  He has particular interests in advanced laparoscopy, bariatric surgery, endoscopy and reflux disease.
