Self Pay
In conjunction with our hospital partners, we offer a cash-pay option. This option consists of a one-time fee that includes all weight loss surgery cost and hospital fees (preoperative labs, x-rays, and hospital stay), surgeon fees, anesthesia fees, and BLIS Care Insurance (post-op warranty against post-surgical complications). Not all self-pay plans by other programs are the same. Make sure that you understand what is covered.
