COVID-19 Update

At Live Healthy MD, the safety of our patients and staff is our top priority. As the COVID-19 cases continue to rise, we are changing our policies to follow the guidelines and recommendations put forth by the federal, state, and local governments as well as the CDC.

  • By April 3rd, upon arrival at our office, patients and visitors will be required to have their temperature checked and respond to a few questions about how they are feeling. Those who are exhibiting a cough, fever (100.0 or greater), sore throat, or shortness of breath will be asked to reschedule their appointment and referred to the primary care physician if not already under his or her care.
  • Patients will be asked to wait in their cars prior to their appointment and will be called when the staff and physician are ready. This is intended to limit the amount of people in the office and at any given time.
  • We strongly encourage our patients to attend their visits alone unless it is medically necessary to bring someone for assistance
  • All group classes have been limited to 10 people or less with social distancing adhered to.
  • All Live Healthy MD staff members will be required to wear masks, gloves, and gowns (as available through our supply chain) when interacting with patients. Please do not be alarmed as this and the other measures - these are very unusual times and our goal is to provide excellent care while protecting our employees and patients.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. If you have any specific concerns, please email info@livehealthymd.com
