Exercise and Weight Loss

Exercise and regular physical activity is a key component for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, supporting weight loss, and reducing the risk of chronic diseases. If you are just getting started on your fitness journey, it can be intimidating to go to a gym and find yourself at a loss with where to begin. At Live Healthy MD Augusta, our patients have access to an in-house, private gym and weekly exercise classes. Regardless of your current degree of mobility, We invite all of our patients to sign up for our fitness classes to learn the basics of exercise and to get started on incorporating regular physical activity into their daily routine.

Class Schedule

  • Monday and Wednesday 5:15 – 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday and Thursday 6:45 – 7:30 AM
  • Tuesday and Thursday 7:15 – 8:00 PM
