Dr. Connie Stapleton is a clinical psychologist in Georgia. Dr. Stapleton began her career at the Medical College of Georgia after graduating from Iowa State University with a degree in Distributed Studies. She furthered her education through a Masters in Counseling from the University of South Dakota, then a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M. Dr. Stapleton is a Certified Addictions Counselor and is an active member of the American Psychological Association as well as the Georgia Psychological Association. Dr. Stapleton became interested in helping patients overcome their addictions and live a healthier life, which is how she got into the field of bariatrics.
